Summary

I'm an enterprise delivery leader turned automation architect with 20+ years directing complex programs across healthcare, SaaS, and Fortune 100. After spending most of my career managing large-scale system implementations — Epic rollouts for $6B health systems, $60B revenue cycle platforms at Kaiser, global SAP deployments at Amgen — I've pivoted into building the AI automation platforms that modernize how organizations operate.

Today, I work as an independent automation consultant, helping companies like Northwestern Medicine, startup founders, and construction firms transform their operations through intelligent workflows. I've architected full-stack platforms with 50+ API endpoints, RAG pipelines, AI scoring engines, and 25+ integrated systems deployed across Vercel, Railway, Airtable, Clay, and Make. I build things that actually work — not slide decks about what could work.

What makes me different is the combination: I've sat in the room with C-suite stakeholders managing eight-figure budgets and I've written the code that automates the workflow. I've led teams of 30+ and I've founded my own companies. I understand the business problem and I can build the solution. That's rare, and it's the lens I bring to everything I do.

Outside of work, I run Bay Area Connectors — a tech community connecting founders, operators, and investors through curated in-person events across the Bay Area. I'm also a former baseball league commissioner, nonprofit founder, and PMI board member. I like building things and bringing people together. This site is the full story.
